Government

Breshik practices what is known as a Common Law Monarchy. The Kingdom is setup in a way that there is No constitution, all laws that allow or restrian powers of the governmnet exist in common law. The Government is split up into three divisions, The King(and His ministers), The House of Lords, and The House of Commons. The King hold riht to do anything and everything int he Kingdom except what he is prohibited. The house of Lords holds the power to pass restrictions and enablements to the Monarchs power and enact a variety of legislation governing the Kingdom. All Ministers, Lords and members of the Royal Family may Vote in the House of Lords. The House is Presided over by the ranking member of the Breshikan Royal Family. In order to obtain quorum the house must have 2/3 of all eligible Lords in attendance. The House also holds the right to appeal trials held by the King. The House of Commons is a collection of of atleast five citizens and a presiding citizen(quorum) which may propose laws on behalf of the people to the house of Lords. The House also holds the right to appeal trials held by the the House of Lords and the monarch, pending the House of Lords has already abstained from appealing said trial or is otherwise unavailble. The document should include the various levels of governemnt and who has the right to enter into said levels and who has the right to create specific positions within government not mentioned.f

Laws for foreigners to understand:

1. Abandon sites may be looted for materials. If you are to Abandon a site Please put “condemned” signs and remove all signs of life.
2. Build modestly and realistically, all construction requires an officiated Permit.

Other “laws”

• No Swine may be killed whilst in a tree. It must be knocked from the tree to slay it.

• Laws on Vassalship and indentured servitude will be directed at clarifying the process for entering into subservience, exiting from subservience and how to deal with rebellios subjects. They should cover Who has the right to enter into either and who has the right to hold lordship.
• Emminent Domain laws: These will be fairly straight forward and will likely be covered in the builidng code( which should be established).
