Toa willing joined the Katten Khanate, and we are both actively helping eachother even with plans to expand Tora. We're all working together, and this is in no way hostile, or political intimidation. We are helping pave a better future for Tora and the Toran people. It's not like you can kick the active citizens of Tora off their land. -kovio

The bill should be withdrawn imo, Tora has joined the Khanate.

*If Tora wasn't partnered with the Khanate, the first part of this bill would be redundant. All nations and settlements, particularly ones as notable as Tora, should expect representation by mods and admins when the owners and/or original builders are no longer active. Such a declaration as is being made in the bill would only lock Tora in a state of confusion should any Torans return and attempt to assert authority. *Regarding the second half, if Tora wasn't partnered with the Khanate: I might be more convinced that administration should be delegated to a foreign power if “decay” was more extensively defined. -Junipero

this bill was not a land annexation using the political system. it was a bill designed to keep tora safe until the people who actually built the buildings got back firstly and it was a punishment to the mongols for their negative contribution to the land issued by the badfacian legal department. there has never been any mincing of words when when it comes to badface intention nor does badface need to veil its decisions to garner influence.- the bosnian wizard
