The Sabishi Treaty Organisation was created as per the stipulations of the Sabishi Treaty. It is a non-political entity made to unite the settlements of the Sea of Kijima and to expand their influence.
Land Claims
The STO administers unsettled land around the Sea of Kijima between the coordinates of -320 X, -7880 Y and 733 X, -6651 Z. It thereby reserves it for expansion of the existing littoral polities, and for welcome new neighbours. It derives its authority to claim land from the nationhood of any of its member nations (at present only the Duchy of Nieuw Walschor).
The territory administered by the STO is commons to any member state, which are free to exploit its natural resources. Any portion of the land can be claimed by any signatory of the Sabishi Treaty for personal use, or offered to prospective settlers with the consent of the other signatories.
