Estlandia as a settlement is an almost-created community with Estlandia as its creator. The first location is situated far east from Perkele, over 2 seas in a coastal area. Yet its main owner left the site to settle even further east near the edge of the world. Wether he claims the new place estlandia and what happends to the old buildings is unclear, as he is going 'to a party' for the next several days.
