The King of Kriegstein hereby protests the Republic of Enders' infringement of the sovereignty and integrity of the Kingdom of Kriegstein. The blatant annexation of Kriegsteinian territory is in clear violation of the first two points of the Treaty of Castile.

Given that the Kingdom of Kriegstein has become unable to maintain control over all of her lands, a partial annexation of her territory is in accordance with the Treaty of Castile and a fulfilment of Ender guaranteeing the sovereignty and integrity of the individual settlements of the Kingdom of Kriegstein. This is is true for the provinces of Breiviksbourg, Entruria de la Pas and Sidonia, which are barely populated and thus vulnerable to invasion. We thus consent to their annexation.

The provinces of Beardeaux, Eureka, and Nova Etrura (whose secession from both Ender and Kriegstein we hereby acknowledge and do not contest) are sufficiently densely settled so as to deter outsiders. Their annexation is not warranted by security needs, and we protest it. In particular, we protest in the strongest terms the annexation of the provinces of Nouvelle Reims and Castille, as these are still under control of the rightful government of the Kingdom of Kriegstein. If they are not release immediately, we will see this as a declaration of war against the Kingdom of Kriegstein in violation of the Treaty of Castille, and respond accordingly.
