+The Problem was that the Reichsrat was etablished (2015/08/03) before the first Draft of the Constitution (2015/8/19). Both (([[nations:com:commonwealth_reichsrat?rev=1438565688]])) (([[nations:com:constitution?rev=1440003924]])) sites were edited by shakomatic, but noone bothered to delete the now outdated sentence in the RR page. (or bothered to read the constitution for that matter)
