I support English as the main server language and told the Poles to speak English, since even underage Finns try to. Also, I don't want the Poles to disturb English chat discussions if there are any, since this server is not Karagrad. I understand some of your points, but your butthurt appears to be forced and exaggerated, so it's definitely not a casus belli.
I want to add that the colony near Finngolia is a result of venomthrope's constant provocation, who just enjoys bullying the new players instead trying to calm down the entire situation.
