In the south there seems to be some strange abandoned square structure possibly made by aliens. The settlement is currently going under major development and the residents are hoping to eventually develop it into a nation.

 Terra Mariana is a republic with a prime minister that was not elected this is because it is currently a 'frozen democracy' until there is a big enough voting population (3 would be enough) It also does not currently have any written constitution so it is technically lawless.
