Public Iron is a simple firm with the idea of making the world a Richer place. By building factories that produce many goods and provide benefits to those employed by the company and its host nation(s). We are looking for more employees and locations to build.

to apply to Public Iron you need to come to the Home office or IRC to talk to Mcfuzzer or a HR Manager. You will take a payed training course and then be assigned a role. more training is avlibal if you want a better position.

how to split a stack = 7 in tax, 40 to workers, 17 to McFuzer

• Area Worker (1)- will work near the factories to let them generate there resources
• Plant Builder (0)- will work on expanding/beautifying the factories and building new ones
• Item Collector (1)- will collect resources to build and expand Public Iron
• Area Manager (0)- this position will be put in place once more locations are made
• Human Resource Manager (1)- is in charge of training and recruiting persons into Public Iron along with distributing pay.
• Bank Manager (0)- is in charge of one branch of Kitty's bank.

2. tax collector (Condeura)- Minuke_00: takes the money from operations to give to nation to do with as they will.

1. Compnay Split= 30% to McFuzzer, 60% workers to split, 10% tax to public/nation factories are located in.

all work is asked for by public iron. extra is payed at 1/10th rate. all pay will be made available as soon as construction is verified done by an accountant or president.

• simple house construction = 2 iron ingots, materials at location (skill low)
• large house construction = 1 iron per room, customer provided (skill high)
• apartment construction (10 floors) = 1 block iron, materials provided (skill med)

A simple mine and factory in conduera's capital that will process using furnaces any materials found in the mine.

the ever expanding iron farm in Moowall in Condeura. it is also the location of our home office.

located next to the Home office. it is not very productive but has much potential.

we hold our factories and the land they stand on as ours and will fight to defend that land. We will also negotiate land buyouts to governments and other individuals.
