Coordinator of KCO activities, tasked with maintaining correspondence between member states, organizing activities, and representing the KCO internationally.

Associates

Those nations which lack representation in the General Assembly. In general, the agreements between the associate and the KCO are specific to the parties involved. May be used as a stepping stone to full membership.

Charter

Full members of the Kriegstein Cooperation Organization have the following responsibilities, in addition to any resolutions made by a 2/3 majority vote by the General Assembly.

International Announcements and Declarations

  • The KCO declares itself as a legal political entity subject to server rules.
  • The KCO shall be an economic and military alliance between members of the General Assembly.
  • The KCO announces that resolutions are binding on all members of the General Assembly.
  • The KCO announces that in times of war, members have valid reason to enter into a conflict in the defense of another member, or to participate in campaigns collectively or individually with other members.

  • Each member state will select a single delegate to represent them in the General Assembly.
    • Delegates may introduce and vote on resolutions in the General Assembly. One delegate means one vote per member state.
  • The Head of State of each member may stand in for the delegate and override the delegate's vote in the General Assembly.
    • Votes will be conducted using ranked-choice voting for the top 3 choices when possible (non-binary situations)
  • The General Assembly shall vote on its president.
    • An open nomination process will precede the vote. There are not yet any strict rules on this process.
      • Nominations for the next president may begin as soon as the current months president is elected.
    • Votes will use ranked-choice voting for the top 3 candidates, placed on the discussion page of this page.
    • The General Assembly will vote for a president the first two days of each month, GMT.
  • The president shall cast the tie-breaking vote situations where there is an even split of votes in a binary yes/no voting situation.
  • The General Assembly shall vote on the addition of new member states.
  • The General Assembly shall vote on all agreements made with associate states.
  • The KCO may not be committed to a war of aggression without the vote of the General Assembly.
  • All members will accept KCO resolutions, regardless of if they were passed prior to their joining. If a candidate state has agreements that conflict with resolutions they must cancel the previous agreements or wait until they expire to join.

  • Refrain from entering into hostile (violent) relations with other member states.
  • Obligatory provision of material and military aid to other member states in times of conflict in which the member state is the defender.
  • Optional provision of material and military aid to other member states in times of conflict in which the member state is the aggressor.

  • Each member state will exchange embassies in locations of the host nation's choice.
  • Honor the sovereignty of embassies and trading outposts in the territory of Kriegstein belonging to other signatories.
