The Commonwealth Reichstrat
After the Revolutionary Triumvirate, the Kaiser was restored and the former Bundesrat was reformed.
Seats
The kaiser of the commonwealth is Officially the Speaker of the Commonwealth Reichsrat. Currently a 3/5 majority is needed to pass any legislation. Below is a list of Member states and their appointed representative.
