Constitution of the first Republic of Danikia

Article 1: The Triumvirate

§1 The Triumvirate is the main Executive and Legistative of the Republic. §2 The Triumvirate will always consist of 3 Citizens of Danikia. §3 Those Members can be all Citizens of Danikia §4 To disband one of the three Triumvirate members, there has to be a valid reason, and a 2/3 majority in the Triumvirate Senate §5 There has to be an discussion with the one who will be disbanded, or in caseof absents, it has to be listed as an executive order in the Autism-Almanach §6 the term from declaring one of the three disband to the effect of the executive order is 24 hours §7 Every Member can declare an executive order, it will be approved if there is an 2/3 majority §8 The Triumvirate will assembe at least once a week to have a serious discussion about bolitigs

Article 2: the Peoples Assembly

§1 Triumvirate members can also take part in the peoples assembly §2 When there is a simple majority, the PA has a right to veto an executive order §3 The PA will be composite of the Lords of the Memberstates, Citystates and independent Settlements of Danikia

Executive Order #4: Lords may make Executive Orders that are subsequently superseded by higher powers
Executive Order #5: The Breshikan Government will hereby create and administer to a National Terrorist Watch list.
Executive Order #6 From this point forward the Watertown Governmate is officially disolved and incorporated into the Contraria Governate.
