The Apostolic Kingdom of Breshik doth hereby cede an area of about Fifty by fifty meters to the north east of the Lugal river to the company Known as the East Avencian Trading Company in exchnage for recognition of all Breshikan land Claims. The post is to be made mainly out of wood with one ship allowed to dock at it and the fortress to be conseratively sized with no height higher than 12 blocks. The east Avencian Trading co. will seek breshikan approval for any more settlments, outposts, or constructions outside of the specified area on the continent of Danik and furthermore avoid Breshikan settlments withign 1000 meters outside of Danik. The government of Breshik will allow free movement to traders and diplomats form said post on the Kings Road and in Breshikan sea routes pending civil behavior. Pending hostilities the company may be subject to removal by the breshikan government and if nessesary by force by the breshikan Armed forces. Breshik will return all goods taken from the “ft. friendship” settlement to the company and assist in the finding of lost chests, which were burried in the woods by breshikan foresters. the people of Breshik wish for corgial relations with the East Avence company in future endeavors.
