The Royal Breshikan Court
The Royal Court is made up of the Nobles of Breshik. The head of the Court is the King, while the Premier is second in command. Members of the Royal Court are called “Ministers” each is head of a specific Ministry. Only the King may appoint or dismiss Ministers.

Procedures
Only Ministers and the King may introduce bills.
Normal Procedure:
- A majority vote shall be enough to pass bills into laws.
- Some bills may not be abstained if the bill is important enough and needs the votes of all Ministers and the King. If such a bill is voted on, Type “NA” under the Abstain Section.
- A time limit, from the introduction of a bill, of a week shall be set on every bill to be voted on (7 days to the hour) unless the Majority threshold has already passed then the bill progresses automatically. In the instances where members have not voted but the vote has passed a Majority threshold then the vote of the remaining ministers (who haven't voted) go into the “Abstained” section by default.
Royal Procedure:
- The King may vote on decisions in the Court as a normal Member. This vote can not be overturned by the CoL Chamber veto.
- The King may pass/close or revoke a pending bill or set law with a Royal Decree, such a Decree may only be vetoed with a Court Veto by a unanimous vote from the other Ministers (Royal Decrees will have “RD” under yes/no instead of votes).
Decisions
- Enacted - Passed by the Court or King.
- Failed - Denied by the Court or King.
- Invalidated - Made invalid by either the King or the actions of a member or an outside actor upon the Nation.
