Nationhood Law Reform by Texasball
All existing nations and nationhood appliants are obligated to comply the new territorial laws.
The player Texasball (also known as YugoTexas) proposes to ratify a not widely know rule to apply for nationhood. Moreover, he proposes to add a new rule.
Current established rules for nationhood
- Having a minimum population of 15 registered players as citizens.
- Having defined borders in a map.
- Agreeing to the rules of engagement.
Rule proposal #1
YugoTexas proposes that for nationhood, a settlement must built a building to seat its government.
