YugoTexas had been trying to convince the leaders of West Rhodes Provinces for days to go independant. After not suceeding, he turned on to BarabaDruze since he was the one he knew best, and knows some of Baraba's mother's tongue language, Serbian. While telling him about his projects and plans, he failed to realise that Baraba was on CaBastard's and Uxbridge's side who have previously warned him of Yugo's possible plans.

Yugo was aware that Ca might find out about his plans so he talked to Baraba on IRC. He finally revealed everything he has planned to do, and first of all to “Balkanize” WR and therefor wanted Baraba's help. Baraba told him that he agrees and they went to see Yugo's project in Evergreen. It was a replica of the Bosnian Parliament, built with smoothstone and stone bricks.

Baraba looked around carefully. After some quick thoughts, he knew what he had to do and secretly warned Ca that he might need help. At the desired moment, when Yugo suspected it the least, he draw his hidden Diamond Sword and struck Yugo two times while screaming about never betraying West Rhodes. He took all Yugo had on him, but Yugo came back two more times and Baraba did him in again, and called for Koentinius and CaBastard in help since he got damaged and Yugo kept spawning. CaBastard teleported both himself and Koen in there, battling off Yugo. After CaBastard saw what Yugo did in Evergreen he banned him for griefing aka building shitstuff without being a citizen and without having a permission.

While the Trio observed what Yugo built and thought what to do with it, Yugo screamed random quotes in Serbian language through IRC talking about Baraba betraying him and that Evergreen must be free. Baraba convinced CaBastard into letting him to collect every material from Yugo's Pariliament for improvement of Reddock, and CaBastard agreed. It is not known whether this was Yugo's solo project (which is highly unlikely) or he had some help (which is highly likely).

The reactions were mixed. West Rhodesians supported what happened while many outsiders still think that Evergreen should be free.

Yugo lost all he had on him. The parliament is demolished and Baraba stored its materials in safe place.
