Origin of the Conflict
On the 15th October, King Shakomatic of the Kingdom of Breshik laid claim to the neutral island of Siverny with the intent of turning it into an Oblast of the Apostolic Kingdom of Breshik. While King P_P_A I of Kriegstein and his recently resurrected Maréchal Sidmarcus had discussed an accession of Siverny to the Commonwealth (on their own terms) before, the sudden seizure of the island by the Kingdom of Breshik outraged P_P_A.
Sabre-rattling and Breshikan Surrender
The militia of Siverny promised to await the Breshikan invaders should they dare to put boots on the ground, and was prepared to repel them with force, unless King Shakomatic immediately rescinded his claim to the island.
On October 15th, 2015, Shakomatic rescinded his claim to the island, and the incident blew over.
